Analytical techniques at hand

Electrical resistance and magnetoresistance measurements in the 10-300 K and 1T ranges.
Photoconductivity in the 250-1600 nm and 10-300 K ranges.
Impedance Spectroscopy in the 10-107 Hz and (-40V +40V) frequency and bias regions.
Scanning electron microscopy
